While the building retains a classic aesthetic, the spacious room, complete with a comfortable bed and cozy sofa, provided a welcoming environment after a chilly day. The thoughtful inclusion of an electric kettle and tea-making facilities enhanced our experience, allowing for a cozy evening in without the financial burden of dining out. the shared bathroom was efficiently maintained, proving to be a non-issue due to the availability of multiple facilities. Although the windows were older and could let in the cold, this nostalgic feature added character, requiring guests to embrace the property's history. The central location near Brighton Pier further positions Kipps as a convenient base, ensuring ease of access to local attractions. Kipps Brighton offers a commendable choice for travelers seeking an affordable yet comfortable stay, where the value proposition is evident without sacrificing essential amenities.
